ONE (01) PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER (REF: TPC-0423R09PPM)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft the country procurement strategy and supporting the engineering project delivery resource for ongoing project, align the procurement request with the project team in terms of planning, Implementation, and E2E delivery, aiming at the Cost saving, efficiency, and justice of bidding process;
- Proactively manage procurement and demand risks, design and execute project procurement solutions, and take responsibility for the of procurement contracts;
- Develop the procurement sub-plan (Resource sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier selection, Supplier Negotiation, Recourse and delivery ensure during delivery, etc.), manage the implementation, identify plan and procurement request changes, keep up with the project delivery request in a timely manner, and be responsible for the supplier performance of the project;
- Be responsible for Huawei Procurement request of engineering and internal procurement request, assisting CEG Leader to handle the country procurement task, manage costs and risks, build healthy supplier relationships, audit management, and, and act as the owner of country procurement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least a bachelor's degree in transport and logistics, supply and logistics, purchasing, commerce and equivalent;
- At least three (03) years of experience in the field of purchasing, logistics and supply;
- Supplier delivery risk and audit management;
- Concern of just and fairness for Supplier Bidding process;
- Diligent and hardworking; accept overtime work in necessary occasions;
- Willing to travel to surrounding countries in West Africa region (Cote d’Ivoire, Guinea, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso);
- Proactive, good problem solving skill, passion for growing and learning;
- Good communication skills, ability to work under the pressure, strong team spirit;
- Fluent in English is a Must
- Able to speak Chinese is a plus.
