One (01) HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (REF: TPC-0423R09HRBP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-        Collaborate and act as key HR point of contact, partner and sounding board for the business department

-        Pro-actively identify, define, implement and pro-actively align solutions that address the needs of the business

-        Drive the People Agenda by applying broad HR skills in the areas of organization design and development, change management, workforce planning, coaching/consultation, program/project management, facilitation and communication.

-        Plan and implement employee relationship/ learning and development/ C&B/ performance management/ organizational change etc. solutions in responsible business unit aligned to the business & company HR strategy and goals

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A Master’s degree in HR or relevant field,

• At least 3+ years of HR experience, especially in HRBP role
• Solid HR functional knowledge
• Navigates effectively through a complex and/or matrix environment
• Good Communication and consultation skills
• Takes responsibility, drives results and achieves expected outcomes
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Fluent in English is a Must.
