TALENTS PLUS CONSEILS Benin, Subsidiary of TALENTS PLUS AFRIQUE (Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast and Mali) is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of cardboard packaging in Benin and West Africa:

A (01) FACTORY MANAGER (M/F) (Ref.: TPC-1022R04FM)

Under the authority and supervision of the General Manager, the incumbent performs the following tasks:

Duties and Responsibilities:

-            Set up a strategic organizational planning of the plant;

-            Supervise the management of the technical aspect of setting up the factory;

-            Ensure the quality and conformity of production;

-            Ensure the maintenance and management of the workforce;

-            Plan, manage and optimize resources such as time, raw materials, stocks…;

-            Implement organizational management tools (policy and organizational charter of the production unit, procedure manuals);

-            Structure the industrial unit through the implementation of a human capital management policy;

-            Set up activity monitoring dashboards;

-            Start up the industrial unit in accordance with international norms and standards;

-            Create a corporate culture, group cohesion and synergy of action of all the unit's stakeholders.

Profile:

-            Hold a minimum Bac+3 level diploma in management, management control, quality   management or any other equivalent diploma;

-            Have at least 10 years of professional experience in production / quality / personnel management in a factory with at least 20 to 30 workers;

-            Having worked in a packaging plant would be an asset;

-            Have knowledge of quality control and production systems;

-            Have the ability to lead a diverse team of supervisors and production agents;

-            Be able to communicate effectively in French and English, apart from local languages;

-            Have a good command of the computer tool (Word, Excel, Power point);

-            Be in good health and non-smoker.
