Job Description:
Leading Field maintenance team in zone covering the scope of the operation & maintenance for telecom network achieving the targets and KPIs
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing the scope of operation and maintenance
- Applying the confirmed process and scope in the sub region
- Managing resources and budget
- 2nd line support for technical and staff problems
- Providing and applying solutions
- Confirming invoices and quota
Qualifications:
- Graduated from Engineering faculty Telecommunication department
- 5 years’ experience in Telecommunication Operation active and passive
- Management skills
- Communication skills
- Working 27 * 7
- High degree of analytical and investigative abilities
- Reporting Skills
- English /French Spoken
KPI:

| Availability | Achieving the availability target of the network upon scope | 30% |
| Corrective Maintenance | Achieving the WO in the agreed SLA | 20% |
| Preventive Maintenance | Achieving the PM in the agreed plan within the agreed SQI | 20% |
| Planned Activities | Achieving the planned activities target in the agreed plan within the agreed planned activities quota | 15% |
