01 HRBP: for Benin

 Responsibilities:

-       Payroll Management：Manage the salary payment, Manage the Staff

-       Allowance and Benefit working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting business to understand and implement policies and procedures;

-       Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;

liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;

-       Recruitment Management -Benin, Togo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea Human - Power budget Management and control base on company’s business strategy, Identify the human power GAP with the budget, look for the talent and organized the interview,

-       Carry out the interview and on boarding procedure

-       Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;

-       Outsources Company management

-       Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff;

-       Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or above.
- Minimum 5 years international Company HR Experience.
- Familiar with Human Resource management policy and operations;
- Knowledge of Benin, Togo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea laws & regulations, IIT, CNSS
