02 Solution Sales: 01 for Benin and 01 for Gabon
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and research the customer’s networks
- Provide solutions to customers by offering/presenting new products and/or improving our equipment performance / capacity.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the client.
- Responsible for general sales opportunities in line with the sales plan of the account.
- Manage customer expectations on all sales opportunities.
- Promote profitable sales and ensure the signing of contracts
- Responsible for estimates and projections, price and sales strategy, terms and conditions of contracts and negotiations; And risk identification.
- Develop strategies for negotiating contracts and managing such negotiation.
- Ensure the signing of contracts, purchase orders and timely payments.
- Responsible for the negotiation of changes of scope, changes of clauses in contracts and issues with the timely payment of services and equipment.
Qualifications:
- University Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering /Computer Science or relevant fields.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. Be able to make presentations to customers.
- Good communication skills.
- Good presentation and manners
- Have knowledge about communication technology and be able to learn about new technology quickly.
- Work hard under pressure and be capable to accept and accomplish new and difficult challenges.
- At least two years experience in a relevant telecommunications field.
- Team worker
- High thinking and analysis capacity
